The Young Adult Literacy Program (YALP) is a free program that helps youth ages 16-24 who struggle with reading, writing, and math prepare for high school equivalency (HSE) classes. Participants can attend pre-HSE classes and get support at eight community-based organizations (CBOs) and eight public libraries in NYC.

- Who: Youth who are 16 – 24 years old who struggle with reading, writing, and math are eligible for this program. Youth must not be working or not in school to participate.
