Sports Youth with Disabilities Teen Young Adult

The Young Women’s Program is an after school program for girls ages 14-21 with physical disabilities. The program helps participants develop self-advocacy skills and self-esteem while making new friends. Each session includes fun and engaging activities, fitness classes, art, and meaningful discussion groups, as well as homework help, snacks, and dinner.

This winter, young women can join the Indoor Adaptive Rowing Program.


  • Cost: Free
  • Who: Young women ages 14 – 21 with physical disabilities
  • When: Wednesdays at 3 – 4:30pm from January 8 – February 12
