The New York Botanical Garden, neighbor to the Bronx Zoo, is a wonderland for everything that grows. Featuring more than a million plants on 250 acres, the Botanical Garden is a place for study and research as well as enchantment and exploration.

Grounds Admission at NYBG is free all day on Wednesday and Saturday mornings 9 – 10am.* You can also get free admissions at any time by signing up for a free membership through IDNYC.

Hours and free times may change, so it’s a good idea to check the NYBG website or call at 718-817-8700 before you visit.

*Note: Grounds Admission does not include the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory, Special Exhibitions, Rock Garden, or Tram Tour.
