About This Event
The Young Adult Literacy Program at the Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center employs a holistic instructional approach to help young people increase their math and reading scores so that they can matriculate into a high-school equivalency program.
A $100-a-week stipend and free daily Metrocards are offered.
The Isaacs Center has open seats for the cycle that begins on August 12, 2019. The program is open to young people ages 16 to 24. Students can spend up to a year developing their academic skills while receiving additional support from our case managers and career development teams.
