About This Event

The Young Adult Literacy Program (YALP) at the Johnson Community Center helps young people increase their math and reading scores so they can enter into a high-school equivalency program. Students can spend up to a year developing their academic skills while receiving additional support from our case managers and career development teams. The Isaacs Center offers an individualized, friendly atmosphere that fosters personal and academic growth. 

The program is open to young people ages 16 to 24. It offers $100-a-week stipend is offered to those who qualify. 

The Isaacs Center has open seats for the cycle that begins on April 1, 2019.
