After School Activities

Come to the library to hang out with friends, play card and board games, use the computers, or just relax.

Math Mondays

3:30 PM - 4:00 PM
Having trouble with math or just want to practice? Kids can come to the library and play math games.

Homework Help

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Library staff and volunteers will be on hand to provide study assistance for children in grades K - 6.

Picture Book Storytime

3:00 PM - 3:30 PM
A librarian will share favorite picture books, providing children with the wonder of books and the joy of reading.  

Holiday Card Making

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Children can create their own holiday cards using stickers, paper die cuts, and other crafts.

Book Jeopardy

5:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Children ages 7 to 12 years old are invited to join the library for an exciting, book-themed kid version of the trivia game Jeopardy.

After School Activities

Children and teens are welcome to gather in the meeting room every school day to do homework, eat a snack, or read.

Homework Help

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Need help with your homework? Come to the Mitchell-Linden Library where teen volunteers can help you with your homework.

Ugly Holiday Sweaters (with Circuits!)

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Bring a sweater or t-shirt to this event and decorate it for the holidays with fabric markers and pens.
