Early Readers Storytime

This program aims to continue the practice of storytime for older children. Each week, participants will discuss a book and do a craft or related reading activity.

Family Literacy: Alphabet and Letter Recognition

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
This series encourages children to trace letters, view pictures of items that begins with the letter and match items that have the same sound, or simply recognize letters one at a time.

Spelling Bee

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Children in grades 3 - 8 are invited to practice their spelling skills in preparation for the Ridgewood Spelling Bee on February 6.

Family Storytime and Read Aloud

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Join the library for songs, rhymes, and favorite read-aloud books as you see that storytime is fun for the whole family.

Friday Morning Storytime

Join the library for stories, songs, and fingerplays for children 18 - 36 months old.

Storytime Playspace

11:15 AM - 12:15 PM
Encourage early literacy as you read interactive stories, then enjoy the library's supply of puzzles, blocks, games, and other educational toys. 

Resume Help

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Meet with the library's trained staff to get help with editing, advice on your resume's layout and presentation, and tips for the job search!
