All staff is trained in physical, psychological, and social LGBTQ issues.

  • Services include:
    • Women’s and men's health
    • Transgender health, including gender transition, gender-affirming surgeries, and hormone therapy
    • HIV and STD prevention, screening, and treatment
    • Adolescent services
    • Social work and behavioral health services
    • Mental health support and
    • Primary care
  • Care is provided to everyone, regardless of your ability to pay or immigration status.
  • NYC Health + Hospitals can help you find insurance if you need it.
  • You're free to use the restroom or single-sex area that is most aligned with your gender identity or expression.
  • Youth 12 and older can get private reproductive and sexual health services.

Who is eligible

All New Yorkers can get help at an NYC Health + Hospitals facility, regardless of your ability to pay or immigration status.
