Get text messages that support and guide breastfeeding. Mobile Milk sends tips to pregnant women and new mothers about nursing their babies.

  • Messages can be sent in English or Spanish
  • Mobile Milk sends information for women both before and after they have given birth
  • During pregnancy, women get 1 - 2 messages per week; after delivery, mothers receive text messages 3 - 4 times per week

Am I Eligible?

Any woman who is pregnant or has given birth can sign up for Mobile Milk text messages.
