Family Services Caregiver

Healthy Families matches families with programs and services that can help them. Their staff looks at your family’s strengths, needs, and resources and helps you create a plan to meet your goals.

  • Nutrition
  • Health care
  • Domestic violence
  • Substance abuse
  • HIV/AIDS counseling

Who is eligible

To take part in the Healthy Families program, you should:

  • Be 16 years or older
  • Live in NYC
  • Meet federal low-income guidelines
  • Live in or attend school within the half-mile boundary of each Neighborhood Development Area
