Healthy Families matches families with programs and services that can help them. Their staff looks at your family’s strengths, needs, and resources and helps you create a plan to meet your goals.

Who is eligible
To take part in the Healthy Families program, you should:
- Be 16 years or older
- Live in NYC
- Meet federal low-income guidelines
- Live in or attend school within the half-mile boundary of each Neighborhood Development Area
